What we collect, and what we do with it.
- What the forms collect
- The form on our contact page asks for your name, phone number and email, and optionally your town, the kind of work you need and a description of the problem. The review form asks for your name, your town, the work we did, a score out of 10 and your review. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.
- Where it goes
- Both forms post to a mail handler on our own web server, which emails the submission to our office. There is no third-party form service, no marketing platform and no database. The email is the record.
- What we do with it
- We use what you send to reply to you, quote your job and do the work. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing. A review is published only if you give us permission on the form, and then only with the name and town you gave us.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking script of any kind. There is nothing here to opt out of.
