How much does basement waterproofing cost?

How long does a typical job take?
A crack injection takes a couple of hours and an interior de-watering system 2 to 5 days. Bigger jobs like underpinning or basement lowering can take a few weeks. You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote.
Do I need a building permit?
Some work does, including exterior waterproofing, foundation repair, backwater valves and support posts, along with utility locates. When a permit is needed we apply for it and arrange the inspections.
How long are your warranties, and do they transfer?
Depending on the work, warranties run from 5 to 25 years, and many transfer to the next owner. The exact terms for your job are written into your quote.
