Basement Technologies was founded by Ed Gravely in the fall of 1996. Our focus is to give our customers the best and most cost-effective solutions for foundation repair and basement waterproofing.

We are 100% Canadian owned and we work out of Hamilton. We have thousands of satisfied customers and the number grows every week, mostly through referrals from homeowners we have helped before.

We were featured with Mike Holmes on Holmes on Homes™, in the “Flooded Foundation” and “Garage Grievance” episodes, for getting the job done right.

Basement waterproofing: 10 years exterior and 15 years interior, longer with a Basement Technologies sump pump. Transferable.
Concrete crack injection: 20-year no-leak warranty on concrete injection, 10 years on rod holes. Both fully transferable.
Foundation repair: Five-year workmanship, plus the manufacturer's warranty on Fortress® carbon fibre and Magnum® steel piering.
Drain repair: Five-year workmanship, plus manufacturer coverage on backwater valves and sump pumps.
