We look before we quote
The assessment is free and there's no pressure at the end of it. If a crack injection will fix the problem, we won't sell you an excavation.
Licensed and insured
We hold master building-repair and drain-repair licences and carry WSIB and full liability insurance. We pull the permits and book the inspections ourselves.
The warranty is in writing
Coverage runs from 5 to 25 years depending on the job, and many of our warranties go with the house if you sell.
